OUR OWN CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT (CRM) SOFTWARE
Costa Rica Medical Tourism Services has set up a patient services process that combines sophisticated Customer Relations Management (CRM) software with the hands on care of highly qualified and trained bilingual staff to assure our patients receive outstanding care and service. Our CRM enables our staff to track every step of our patients care at any time including:
- The first contact the patient has with us is with the Patient Application Coordinator
- The quote and recommended medical procedure
- The patient’s contract with Costa Rica Medical Tourism Services
- All information about the patients procedure, doctor, hospital, surgery, post op recovery and follow up care in the United States
- All dates and events related to our patients care from A to Z
- All information regarding our patients travel, lodging, transportation and medical care
- Any special care or services required by our patients
- All vacation and tour information regarding the patient
- Any information about a person accompanying the patient (friend or family member)
- Secure access and transfer of all patient medical records
