CR MTS has carefully selected a group comprised of the best physicians in Costa Rica in the fields of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, orthopedics and sports medicine, bariatric surgery and obesity related illness, general and laparoscopic surgery, cardiology, urology, neurology and spinal surgery.

This primary group, composed of 18 physicians, is our lead group that provides medical services to all our patients. We have a secondary network composed of 64 additional physicians in 24 specialties that assist our primary group. This extensive network of physician enables CR MTS to provide virtually any type of medical procedure or operation. We can do almost anything.

All our physicians work in teams and consult and assist each other with all patient cases and surgeries. This in effect provides two to three medical opinions for each patient and procedure.

We have included a Directory of Primary Physicians in this website. This Directory provides a professional and personal profile of each lead group of our physicians.

CR MTS provides a free telephone consultation with any of our lead physicians to anyone who registers with us. This is a one on one consultation with a doctor in Costa Rica who will discuss your medical condition, give you recommendations, tell you how long your procedure or surgery will take, how long you will need to be in Costa Rica and give you an approximate cost.

CR MTS HOSPITAL DIRECTORY

In Costa Rica there are three Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited hospitals. Unlike many other medical facilitators, our patient can choose from anyone of these three hospitals. In most cases this will be discussed between you and our doctor in Costa Rica, who will explain the pros and cons of each hospital and decide with you which one will be the best for your particular case.

CR MTS NURSING STAFF

CR MTS has its own network of 20 registered nurses and rehabilitation therapists who assist all our patients with post operative care. These are available on an hourly, daily or weekly basis and are there to assist our patients with their every need.

TRANSPORTATION AND HOSPITALITY SERVICES

CR MTS has set up a network of support staff and service providers that take care of all our patients needs while in Costa Rica. These include all transportation, all lodging, meals and pre and postoperative care.

With our knowledge and 20 years experience in Costa Rica, we have selected the best hotels and recovery centers available and negotiated contracts with them at greatly reduced rates due to the volume we manage. We pass these savings on to our patients. Its part of the turn key service CR MTS provides.
